Application
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on ccsynergyweb.com only.
Important: If you purchased through the SynergyWeb™ app (synergyweb.app), the app's separate Payment Policy and Terms of Use apply, not this policy. For app-related refunds, refer to synergyweb.app/terms.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Customized or personalized orders — once production has commenced

Sale items — marked as final sale at checkout

Digital downloads — once access has been granted

Services rendered — consulting or design work already completed
Refundable Items
We offer refunds for:

Defective items — manufacturing defects or damage in shipping

Wrong items — order errors on our part

Items not as described — significant differences from listing
Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer misuse are non-refundable.
Refund Method & Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of:

Return shipment receipt (for physical items), or

Approval (for digital items or service refunds)
Refunds appear as a credit back to your card or account. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to process.
Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping costs.

Our error (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping. Use the prepaid label we provide, or we'll reimburse standard tracked shipping costs (up to SGD 30).

Replacement orders: We cover outbound shipping at no charge.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or wrong, we offer free replacement as an alternative to refund. Replacements typically ship within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer in Australia, you may have additional rights to refunds or replacement for goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose, regardless of the timeframe stated above.
