Our Commitment

Cc+Synergy is committed to ensuring our website and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard, which is the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility.

  • No reliance on color alone to convey information

Navigation and Keyboard Access

  • Full keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are accessible via Tab key

  • Keyboard shortcuts clearly labeled

  • Skip links to jump over repetitive content

  • No keyboard traps — focus doesn't get stuck on any element

  • Logical tab order that follows the visual layout

Forms and Inputs

  • Clear labels for all form fields

  • Error messages that explain what went wrong and how to fix it

  • Required fields clearly marked

Screen Reader Compatibility

  • Semantic HTML markup for compatibility with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)

  • Landmark regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) to aid navigation

  • Form controls properly labeled and associated

  • Lists properly structured

Media

  • Videos include captions (where applicable)

  • Audio content is transcribed (where applicable)

  • Avoid auto-playing audio or video that distracts from content

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:

  • Wix platform constraints — Our website is built on Wix, and some accessibility features depend on Wix's ongoing updates and plugin compatibility

  • Third-party integrations — Embedded content from third parties (e.g., booking systems, payment processors) may have their own accessibility standards

  • User-generated content — Portfolio images and testimonials may not always meet accessibility standards depending on source material

We are actively working to minimize these limitations.

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + + (plus) to zoom in; Ctrl - (minus) to zoom out

  • Mac: Press Cmd + + (plus) to zoom in; Cmd - (minus) to zoom out

  • Or right-click and select "Zoom" options from your browser menu

Use Keyboard Navigation:

  • Press Tab to move forward through links and form fields

  • Press Shift + Tab to move backward

  • Press Enter to click links or buttons

Enable High Contrast (Windows):

  • Settings > Ease of Access > Display > High Contrast

  • Select a high-contrast theme

Use a Screen Reader:

  • Windows: Use built-in Narrator (Windows key + Ctrl + Enter) or download NVDA (free)

  • Mac: Use built-in VoiceOver (Cmd + F5)
